At AG LEGO® Certified Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, apparel and wearable accessories must be unworn with all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LEGO seals are intact and fashion tags are still fastened to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
